Doctor
I found blank forms online and created my own patient files
Doctor's Kit
It includes:
- An old band-aid tin (Mine was Lisa Frank)
- 2 Casts (one for the foot & one for the hand) made from old socks
- An allergy bracelet I had from when I went to the doctor
- Popsicle sticks for tongue depressors
- And a prescription pad made just for kids
