My kids and I love tacos in any form so, we absolutely loved this easy yummy dish!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 Can (15-16 ounces) chili beans
- 1 Cups Salsa
- 2 Cups broken tortilla chips
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1 Medium tomato, chopped
- Cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- Shredded lettuce, if desired
- Green peppers, if desired
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in beans, and 1 Cup of salsa. Heat to boiling, stir occasionally.
Place broken tortilla chips in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with beef mixture. Spread sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese and tomato. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
