WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 5" Burlap spool {Any color}
- Letter stencils or Printable stencils {which you will need to cut out}
- Scissors
- Craft Paint {Coordinating color}
- Paint sponge
- Hot glue
- Yarn, jute or string of your choice {Coordinating color}
WHAT TO DO:
1. Cut the burlap in to (6) 6" pieces
2. Using the stencils and craft paint -- center one letter one each piece of burlap & sponge on the craft paint filling in each letter.
3. After the letters have dried, cut your piece of string or yarn to the length that you want your banner to be.
4. Flip over each letter. Place string slightly down for the top allowing the top to be folded over.
5. Run a bead of hot glue along the top and fold over the string.
6. {Optional} You can tie ribbon or extra sting or yarn to the ends of your banner or hang as it.
Now you have a beautiful banner that can hang all year long.
