Directions: Scoop out a tablespoon or two and begin to massage it onto your skin while in the shower or bath. Work in a circular motion. Leave the scrub on your skin for 5 to 20 minutes, then rinse off with cool water. Avoid cuts or open wounds as the salt would sting.
