This cookbook is designed to not only teach your child to cook, but encourages families and friends to participate in the creation process as well.
The cookbook explains to children the Fun Fives to Understanding the Recipes, which we all know is the backbone of creating great food. As well as providing cute helping hand indicators as to if a grown up is needed to assist with the recipe.
The cookbook also contains fun activities at the back of the book for your children to enjoy.
This cookbook is great for all ages. My 4 year old daughter and I thought we'd try our hands at the recipe America the Fruitful Jell-o-bration. Despite her not being able to read, she made her selection by using the colorful pictures that accompany each recipe.
So here we go...
We prepared the Jello and let it set in the refrigerator.
Once it was ready we spread on the whipped topping
She was able to look at the picture to see where she needed to place the blueberries
We area big strawberry loving family so,we opted to use strawberries instead of cherries.
She was very proud of her work!
Now, we can't wait to try it!
